Part of living authentically is identifying your core beliefs and being true to them. After my own journal writing and reflections, I realized spirituality is one of my core values but I was not living true to it. I was attending a more conservative church but my beliefs were much more progressive.

Once realizing that, I started more soul searching and research around religion and spirituality. Now I feel empowered to trust my own divinely given intuition and authentic nature, and consider myself spiritually independent.

My belief is everybody is right where they need to be at any given time. What is right for you, might not be right for me. But sometimes we question what we can’t see.
