Sara Ferguson, Founder of Bridge Weaver Coaching
Well hello there, I’m Sara, former Project Manager turned Life Authenticity Coach. You might be thinking that seems like quite the leap but 90% of project management is communication. Communication which breaks down to knowing how to discern what is being said but also more importantly hearing what isn’t being said.
I’ve felt strongly for a long time that my purpose in life is to help people. I was a Project Manager for 20 years and for 12 of those years I was a caregiver for my older sister, twin sister and my mother-in-law who were living with cancer. I was also a wife and mother. During that time, I became out of balance and my main focus was other people. I eventually lost my sense of self.
Between 2021 and 2023, my sisters and mother-in-law succumbed to their cancers. It sent me into a state of overwhelm and grief. In 2024, I really started taking a good hard look at my life and began asking myself the hard questions. That year of reflection and meditation led to a spiritual awakening where I learned the importance of authentic living. Most spiritual awakenings end up with some change. Mine was no different. The next year ended with changes in my relationships, spirituality, career, and home.
After two years of grieving and reflecting, I’ve found my voice again and my true authentic self. Now, I am being led to help people feel empowered by their own authenticity. To help them find joy and assist them in building stronger bridges to their own relationships.
Our lives lead us thru many life transitions: school, engagement, marriage, career changes, divorce. Sometimes during these transitions we start to lose ourselves. In these times having a safe, non-judgmental, encouraging space may be just what we need to guide us through. I hope you find that space with Bridge Weaver Coaching. I would love to support you as your Life Authenticity Coach or as your mentor in the Bridge Weaver Friends community.
Blessings,
Sara
